Christine Mwelu lives in the Viwandani area of Mukuru informal settlement. She is one of the roughly 250 community mobilizers being supported by Muungano to guide their neighbours through the Special Planning Area's (SPA) community-driven planning process.
In this short film, she describes some of the challenges of community mobilizing, and why the SPA is already bringing changes in Mukuru, and worldwide.
